I never realized how crucial Instagram was in growing my business until this Fall. That was when business began picking up speed and I found myself staring at my phone wayyyy too much. However, there has been a saving grace to my madness and if you haven't heard of it yet, it will change your life. Planoly has been a game changer for me. It is an Instagram scheduling tool that organizes your posts - past and future - and alerts you when you have one ready to post! Here's how it works: One of the biggest benefits of using Planoly is being able to drag + drop photos from your computer into it's online platform. And they have a mobile app that syncs your uploads and captions to be accessible with you wherever you go. To get started, click on the "unscheduled" tab and then click "Add New Media". From there you can upload the images you want to share later and then create captions and schedule them! Once your photos are uploaded, click on them to add a caption and schedule the day/time you would like it posted. When that day/time comes around, you'll receive a notification from Planoly saying "You have a scheduled photo - it's time to post!". Open the notification and follow the prompts. *Planoly will not post for you because that's against Instagram policies. Planoly tracks the engagement your images receive too, so you can see which kinds of photos are best received. You can also view the comments that have been posted on your images. One of the nicest parts is being able to see how many posts you have scheduled for each day, and which days don't have posts yet. :) Planoly has payment plans either monthly or annually but you can sign up for a free trail to see if you like it first! I highly recommend trying it out. If you're sharing a lot of photos per day/week and feel like it's taking away from your personal time, then it's a good investment. Give it a try! :)
